Context
Real estate teams drown in leads, callbacks, and listing updates. Ronron needed infrastructure that could keep agent workflows fast: automations for repetitive work, WebSockets for live state, and a database foundation that would not fold under concurrent use.
Problem
Off-the-shelf CRMs either lack domain-specific automation or collapse when you bolt on AI scoring, transcription follow-ups, and live multi-agent usage. The backend had to be intentional.
