MandiPe: a B2B logistics operating system with a real Android companion.

Context

MandiPe sits in B2B logistics: orders, suppliers, and delivery coordination where status has to be trustworthy across web operators and people in the field. Tanish joined as technical co-founder to own the product engineering spine.

Problem

Logistics coordination falls apart when web ops, field staff, and customers do not share one live picture of orders. Spreadsheets and chat threads do not scale; a brochure website does not run a supply chain.

Approach

• —Center the product on operational truth: order state, tracking, and role-appropriate views.
• —Build a powerful web dashboard for dispatch / supplier workflows first-class — not as an afterthought CMS page.
• —Ship a native Android companion (Play listing: com.mandipe.customer) with multi-navigation flows for real usage, not a WebView wrapper.
• —Keep web and mobile on a coherent backend so features do not fork into two products.
