Context
MandiPe sits in B2B fresh-produce logistics: orders, suppliers, and delivery coordination where status has to be trustworthy across web operators and people in the field. Tanish joined as technical co-founder to own the product engineering spine — including live Play Store distribution and SEO/trade surfaces that attract wholesale demand.
Problem
Logistics coordination falls apart when web ops, field staff, and customers do not share one live picture of orders. Spreadsheets and chat threads do not scale; a brochure website does not run a supply chain.
